Abstract Background Pseudoaneurysm of the mitral-aortic intervalvular fibrosa (P-MAIVF) is a rare complication of infective endocarditis and aortic valve replacement. Ruptured P-MAIVF and angina due to compression of the coronary arteries are severe complications of this condition.
